The process of returning goods can be carried out if the item the customer receives is defective / damaged and has never been used. Returns policies are as follows:
- Maximum complaint period of 07 days after the goods are received, for more than 07 days Azai Bikes Online is not responsible anymore for damage to the goods.
- Buyers who wish to complain can contact Azai Bikes Online at email address halo@azaibikes.com, accompanied by purchase invoice number, name & type of purchased item, buyer's name, contactable phone number, email address and buyer's complete address, and a photo of the defective/broken item
- The buyer is required to return the purchased item according to the instructions given by Azai Bikes Online in the reply to the complainant's email. The shipping costs for the goods are fully borne by the buyer and cannot be claimed to Azai Bikes.
- The returned product should be packed in the original packing box with a complete
- After the item is received, Azai Bikes Online will evaluate the condition of the product. If it is known that the goods have been used, Azai Bikes Online is not responsible and will not replace with new items and the purchase money is non-refundable.
- If it is proven that the returned item is defective and never used, Azai Bikes Online will replace with the new item or the customer's money will be refunded.
- If Azai Bikes Online can replace with a new item, then the goods will be sent to the customer 5 - 7 working days.
- If it turns out the product stock runs out, then Azai Bikes Online will refund the customer's money.
- For purchases using bank transfer, the refund will be returned to the owner’s account 5 - 7 working days after the goods are received back by Azai Bikes Online. The refund will be only to the same bank account from where the payment was made originally to Azai Bikes.
- For purchase using a credit card, the refund will be returned to credit card account within 30 working days after the goods are received back by Azai Bikes Online
